Claim Payment Method (Payment via check is default)

By default, all claims are paid to the insured by check via snail mail and can take up to 2 weeks to receive once mailed. If you would like to receive faster settlement of claims we have the below additional option(s).

Emailed Check

NEW We are happy to offer Emailed Checks as an option for paying claims. With an Emailed Check, we send you a real check via email. You print it out and deposit it like a normal check.

Q: What’s an Emailed Check (eCheck by Deluxe)?
A: Don’t let the "e" confuse you. An eCheck is just a check. We do a couple of things differently, so you can get your funds quicker. You’ll be emailed a link to your check, walked through the prompts to print your check, and cash or deposit your check as normal. An eCheck is just a check that you can print directly.

Q: Okay, so how do I deposit an eCheck?
A: Like any other paper checks you’ve received, you’ll be able to deposit a Deluxe eCheck the same way. Deposit at the branch itself, use your bank’s mobile app, or go through the ATM, there’s absolutely no difference. The back of the check is blank, but you simply endorse the back of the check where you normally would and hand it to the teller, take your pictures, or insert it into the ATM and you’re done.

Q: Do I have to print the eCheck?
A: Yes, you’ll need to print the eCheck. After you’ve printed it, you can treat it like you would any other check.
